Prof. Wilfried Zörner studied Mechanical Engineering at Technical University of Munich (Germany) and the University of Bath (United Kingdom). He received his Ph.D. degree from Technical University of Munich. His thesis was on small-scale solarthermal power generation. He has been Professor for Design and Development at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) since 1998. He now concentrates his teaching on renewable energies, especially bio energy and solar energy as well as energy policies and energy economics. He initiated the Bachelor´s degree programme ‘Renewable Energy Technologies’ as well as the Master´s degree programme ‘Renewable Energy Systems’ and is THI´s person in charge of academic cooperation with Africa. As Head of the Institute of new Energy Systems (InES), Wilfried Zörner is responsible for Applied Research in all fields of renewable energies including hydrogen. InES mainly carries out cooperative research with industry, universities and research institutions on national and international scale. International activities focus on Europe, Africa and Central Asia. Wilfried Zörner is also the project leader of the project Renewable Energy based E-Mobility in Higher Education (REMO). Within the framework of the project, InES, as the German project partner, is responsible for project coordination and, in terms of content, primarily takes on the role of advisor.


Dr. Karl Kolmsee works at the automotive first tier supplier Webasto, Germany. At Webasto Karl is responsible for the global after-market product portfolio charging solutions. This covers EV charging as much as industrial charging for airports or material handling equipment. Prior to this Karl had various management positions within the energy and utility industry at E.ON, Schmack Biogas, Arriva and Smart hydro Power. The last years he had been building up electric micro-grids in non-connected remote areas facilitating e-boats in the Amazon or rice mills in India. During his presentation, Karl will talk about the opportunities and challenges the move to electro-mobility means to automotive manufacturers or their suppliers.


Ms. Khadija JALLOULI Founder & CEO of HawKar, Tunisia. With more than 5 years of experience in team leadership, project management, sales, and marketing in the automotive field.A disabled person who has always struggled to be independent and who decided to solve the mobility problem of disabled people.Selected and recognized in 2020 by the Meaningful Business 100 among outstanding leaders across the world combining profit and purpose to help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. HawKar is a socially innovative Tunisian startup, specially dedicated to people with reduced mobility making products to solve the need of freedom of mobility to move long distances every day.

Ernst Riehle joined Agora Verkehrswende in June 2021. As Project Manager for International Cooperation he heads up our contribution to the NDC Transport Initiative Asia, among other international projects. From 2014 to 2020 Ernst worked to advance sustainable transport in Namibia on behalf of the German development association GIZ. In particular, he advised the Namibian Transport Ministry and other stakeholders on sustainable transport development, and also facilitated academic cooperation between universities in the area of civil engineering. Prior to joining GIZ, he worked as an urban transport planner in Germany. Ernst obtained his B.Sc. in Geography from LMU Munich and M.Sc. in Spatial Planning from Dortmund Technical University. His primary areas of expertise are urban development, urban and rural mobility, non-motorized transport, road safety and logistics


Mr Abdelhamid GANNOUNI In charge of energy efficiency in transportation National Agency for Energy Concervation (ANME), Tunisia Senior Mechanical ESIM Engineer, in charge of Energy Efficiency in Transportation at ANME since 2007.Expert in energy efficiency, he participates in the development of energy audits of transport companies.He has led several studies to improve the quality of travel and reduce environmental impact in transport, and other actions such as mobility surveys, awareness campaigns on fuel economy, etc.Currently, participating to the development of a strategy to promote electric mobility in Tunisia. Dr. Rachid El Mrabet is the General Director of the public utility development company SDLMB. He joined SDLMB after working at OCP, IRESEN, and CNESTEN. He was appointed the R&D Director in the Department of Energy, Water, and Environment at OCP group where held the position of Corporate Energy Manager at OCP Utilities. Dr. El Mrabet was the President of CREF College (Research, Expertise and Training) of 4C Center (Climate Change Competency Center) in Morocco. Dr. El Mrabet help the position of the Director of the Funding Agency and Innovation in the National Institute for Solar Energy and New Energies in Morocco. He was also in-charge of the funding agency of IRESEN. Dr. El Mrabet worked as the Head of Radiological and Chemical Impact studies Unit in National Center of Energy, Sciences and Nuclear Techniques (CNESTEN) in Rabat, Morocco. He holds a PhD degree in Nuclear Physics from the University of Seville, SPAIN, in which he started his career as a research scientist.

- Direction technique de 38 ingénieurs Sys. Embarqués : hardware, software, FPGA ;
- Direction technique des projets des systèmes de télécommunication privés (HF & microwave) ;
- Direction Bureau d’étude : transfert technologique & mise en place des lignes de production industrielle Schneider et GAIA power converter;
- Direction de valorisation et industrialisation chez Green Energy Park (IRESEN) 
On m’a confié la mission de valorisation et d’industrialisation des projets R&D, la réalisation de projet de produit made in Morocco et le support technique des start-ups.

Bien-sûr la réussite de mes projets se concrétisait à travers des équipes compétentes et passionnées.
